"Heike has always had an unbelievably fine feeling for building a team out of a group of people who did not know each other before, who enjoy working together, respect each other, motivate each other, challenge each other and stand up for each other. It created an atmosphere full of mutual understanding, support and appreciation. Everyone in the group had the space to develop freely and to contribute and develop their personality and skills. Despite this, or precisely because of this, it was possible and important to express and receive constructive criticism at all times, which enabled the project to develop further.
